Today I did a mini census @ UsoCelularPero twitter, twitter inviting to comment freely on their mobile operators. Personally, I do not believe the reports of the operators or press releases as the last interview with the director of Comcel where everything is nice and beautiful being that nobody has a better perspective on the issue that us users.
The twitter expressed regard and these were the results:

Movistar recently has not been of my affections, because twitter account @ movistarco official never attend or cooperate .... only for promotions, as I have not many complaints about him for now, I do see very serious is the issue @ alvaro_ivan complaint.
